Roasted baby artichokes stuffed with crab and gruyere cheese over baby arugula and roma tomato with a light Italian dressing
Fresh cured Atlantic salmon gravlax with sweet dill mustard sauce
Second Course
Sautéed fresh Florida pompano, Maryland style jumbo lump crab meat, capers, lemon and white wine sauce
Grilled double rib lamb chop romesco
Roasted tomato, red pepper, garlic and almonds served with paella de vegetables marinated grilled vegetables cooked slowly in yellow rice
Sautéed shrimp and scallops de la casa
